- What are your hours?

As I have a full time work from home position, my hours vary weekly. I do take Saturdays and Mondays off so I am available on those days. If there is a specific time that you need, please let me know and I can try to work with your schedule as well as mine.
- Where are you located?

My studio is at my home in Avon Park. Once you book your session, your confirmation will have the address for you to map.
- Do you accept reservations?

Yes! Please use this link Book Now or the button at the top of the page to select the date and time that works for you. If there is a specific time that you need, please let me know as there is a possibility that I can make it work.
- What payment options do you accept?

Right now, I accept cash and credit card payments through Stripe.
We can also do a pre-payment plan as well. You can pay the retainer for the session online and we can work out payment arrangements for the rest. All payments will need to be completed prior to your session.
- How long is the typical wait?

I try to have your images online for you to preview within 48 hours. Once you select your images, I will complete the edits necessary and will let you know. Typically, within a week, but depends on how many images you have purchased.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Part of being in business for myself, I understand that situations arise: kids get sick, car/traffic issues, weather, etc., which may cause you to cancel at the last minute.
I do require a retainer on all sessions. This is non-refundable, due to it being used to block off time on my calendar, preparations for any props required and the time spent in securing the booking.As long as we remain in communication, and you let me know as soon as you can, prior to your session, we can make arrangements on another day. I do reserve the right however, if I feel that this is just creating unnecessary delays, then we may need to just cancel the session all together and I refund any moneys paid over the retainer amount and we can try again at another time.
